		<description>well - the body is now in the spray shop, getting painted in a nice fresh baby blue (close to what was on the bike already) - the original paint I found out was actually grey, and had been resprayed at some point.

whilst the original patina was ok, it was cool enough, e.g. sun bleached (we dont get enough sun for that!) - it needed tarting up because there were too many dinks and dents....

maybe the next bike ;)</description>

		<description>Most places I have used will shoot an epoxy primer as part of the blasting project; the rust actually starts immediately, you just can&#039;t see it! As long as you get it sealed up, you&#039;ll be fine.

I&#039;m disappointed that you didn&#039;t keep the original patina, but I&#039;m sure it will turn out cool. Picked a new color?</description>
